1. What Mloupe AI Does (The Scope)
Non-Destructive Review: Mloupe AI returns your manuscript 100% unchanged. We only add annotated comments and highlights to the specific text where issues are identified.
Focus Areas: Our AI focuses on structural coherence, methodological rigor, internal consistency (e.g., checking if the sample size matches the results), citation accuracy, and formatting issues.
A “First Pass” Filter: We point out potential problems so you can fix them before the manuscript reaches your official academic committee or journal reviewers.
2. What Mloupe AI Does NOT Do
To maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, Mloupe AI does not:
- Rewrite the manuscript: We never edit, rephrase, or correct your words. We only point out where improvements are needed.
- Validate the science: We do not assess the scientific truth, novelty, or factual accuracy of your research findings.
- Replace human reviewers: We do not award grades, accept or reject papers, or act as the final judge of academic merit.

3. How to Use the Platform (Step-by-Step)
- Login: Access the platform using your university-admin account.
- Upload: Submit your manuscript (in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format).
- Review: Our AI will process your document and generate a list of numbered comments attached to specific highlighted passages.
- Download: Download the reviewed file and read the reviewer comments.
- Revise: Review the AI’s comments critically. Use your own academic judgment to decide which points are relevant to your work and revise accordingly.
- Submit to a human reviewer: Once you have made your revisions, submit your revised manuscript to your official human professor or reviewer for final judgment.
4. The “Human-in-the-Loop” Principle
Academic excellence is built on human judgment.
Mloupe AI is designed to be a support tool. The final decision regarding the quality, validity, and acceptance of your research must always be made by your assigned professor, supervisor, or academic committee.
We strongly recommend that you discuss the AI comments with your human reviewer to determine which feedback is most relevant to your study.
5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
We understand that academic manuscripts are sensitive, unpublished work. We are committed to protecting your research:
- No alteration: Your manuscript remains completely untouched.
- Automatic deletion: All uploaded manuscripts and reviews are automatically deleted from our servers within 7–14 days after delivery.
- No sharing: We never sell, share, or use your manuscript content for any purpose other than providing the AI review.
